F2 · Access panel with removable door

The F2 access panel features a fully removable door, leaving the entire access opening unobstructed.

This configuration makes inspection, repair, and maintenance tasks easier when you need to work comfortably inside the access opening or access larger equipment and installations.

Its aluminium frame and integrated plasterboard allow the final surface finish to be applied, ensuring a discreet and uniform installation.

It can be installed in walls, partitions, wall linings, and plasterboard suspended ceilings.

It is recommended for access to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, telecommunications, ductwork, and other technical equipment in homes, offices, commercial premises, public buildings, and renovation projects.

Before cutting, check the access panel's external dimensions, the actual board thickness, the wall or ceiling location, and the space required to fully remove the door.

Carefully insert the frame into the opening and use suitable fixings for the plasterboard system. Distribute the fixings evenly to prevent distortion.

During filling and painting, protect the closing mechanism and retaining elements. Prevent filler, paint, or debris from entering the moving parts.

When opening and removing the door, always hold it securely. In ceiling installations, do not stand directly underneath while removing the door.

To close the access panel, position the door correctly, engage the closing mechanism, and check that the door is fully secured.

Do not force the closing mechanism if the door is not properly positioned, and do not use the door to support objects or loads.

Select the variant that matches the actual thickness of the board installed in the wall or ceiling:

• 12.5 mm board: for systems built with 12.5 mm plasterboard.

• 15 mm board: for systems built with 15 mm plasterboard.

Before placing the order, check the board thickness and the required size for access.

Choosing the wrong thickness may prevent the access panel from blending correctly with the surface finish.
