2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to the store and the purchase and sale of products offered by TrampillasPro.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they:

  • Have read and accepted these terms.
  • Have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Have checked the product's characteristics, dimensions and compatibility.
  • Provide true, complete and up-to-date information.

These terms are supplemented by the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Returns Policy.

3. Products

TrampillasPro sells access panels and related products.

Each product listing provides information about its main characteristics, such as:

  • Dimensions.
  • Board thickness or type.
  • Materials and finishes.
  • Opening system.
  • Wall or ceiling application.
  • Price and available variants.

Photographs are for guidance. Slight differences in shade, texture or finish may arise from the screen, lighting or manufacturing process.

Before purchasing, the customer must check:

  • Required size.
  • Board thickness.
  • Type of installation.
  • Compatibility with the wall or ceiling.
  • Need for fire resistance, insulation or other special performance.

4. Certifications and technical performance

Only performance expressly supported by valid technical documentation available for the item purchased will be considered certified.

References to fire resistance, sealing, insulation or other performance must be interpreted in accordance with the product-specific documentation.

Until the relevant certification is available, TrampillasPro will not publish a performance claim as officially certified.

5. Personalised or made-to-measure products

Products manufactured to the customer's specifications are considered personalised, including:

  • Special dimensions.
  • Specific colours or finishes.
  • Special locks or configurations.
  • Modifications requested by the customer.
  • Other features not included in the standard configuration.

The customer must review and accept the specifications before production begins.

Once production has begun, the personalised order may not be eligible for modification or cancellation. These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal where made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This exclusion does not affect rights relating to products that are defective, damaged or different from the accepted specifications.

6. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs:

  • Are calculated before order confirmation.
  • Depend on destination, weight and the option selected.
  • May be free when the published conditions are met.
  • Are not included in the product price unless expressly stated.

TrampillasPro may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed, except in cases of obvious errors.

7. Pricing or information errors

If an obvious error in a price, description, size or availability is detected after an order is placed, TrampillasPro will inform the customer as soon as possible.

The customer may:

  • Confirm the order with the corrected information, or
  • Cancel it and receive the corresponding refund.

TrampillasPro will not send a different product or charge an additional amount without the customer's acceptance.

8. Purchasing process

To place an order, the customer must:

  1. Select the product and its variants.
  2. Add it to the cart.
  3. Check quantities, dimensions and characteristics.
  4. Provide billing and delivery details.
  5. Select the shipping method.
  6. Select the payment method.
  7. Check the total amount.
  8. Accept the applicable terms.
  9. Confirm the purchase.

Before completing the purchase, the customer may correct the details entered and modify the cart.

Electronic contracting is subject to Spanish e-commerce and consumer protection legislation.

9. Order confirmation

After making the purchase, the customer will receive confirmation at the email address provided.

The confirmation will include or provide access to:

  • Order number.
  • Products purchased.
  • Price.
  • Taxes.
  • Shipping costs.
  • Delivery address.
  • Payment method.

The customer must report any errors detected as soon as possible.

Automatic receipt of the order does not necessarily imply its final acceptance where there is a lack of availability, an obvious error or a payment issue. TrampillasPro will inform the customer and apply the appropriate legal solution.

10. Payment methods

The store may accept the payment methods enabled at any given time, which will be shown during checkout.

Card payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other authorised providers.

TrampillasPro does not access full card details. The transaction is subject to validation by the payment provider and issuing institution.

The order may be suspended or cancelled where:

  • Payment is declined.
  • The transaction cannot be verified.
  • There are reasonable indications of fraud.
  • Payment information is incorrect.

11. Availability

Availability stated in the store may vary.

The indication of 99 units for made-to-order products represents commercial availability or supply capacity, not necessarily immediate physical stock in the warehouse.

If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, TrampillasPro will inform the customer and may offer:

  • A new estimated timeframe.
  • An equivalent alternative.
  • Cancellation and a refund.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to lack of availability, the customer must recover the amounts paid without undue delay.

12. Preparation and shipping

Orders will be prepared after payment has been checked.

Timeframes depend on availability, production, quantity, characteristics and the transport option selected.

Available options may include:

  • Economy shipping.
  • Express shipping.
  • Palletised shipping.

The stated timeframes are estimates. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, issues beyond TrampillasPro's direct control may arise. This does not remove consumer rights or the seller's legal responsibilities.

Full conditions are set out in the Shipping Policy.

13. Delivery

The customer must provide a complete, correct and accessible address.

Palletised delivery may be made at kerbside. Unloading, carrying goods upstairs, installation or special handling are not included unless expressly contracted.

The customer must check:

  • Number of packages.
  • Condition of the packaging.
  • Impacts, punctures or moisture.
  • That the goods match the order.

Visible damage must be documented with photographs and reported as soon as possible to contacto@trampillaspro.com.

14. Installation

Installation must comply with:

  • The manufacturer's instructions.
  • The characteristics of the supporting structure.
  • Compatible dimensions and thicknesses.
  • Applicable technical regulations.
  • The relevant safety conditions.

TrampillasPro is not liable for damage caused exclusively by incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or incompatible use.

This limitation does not reduce the customer's rights where the product is defective or does not match the contract.

15. Order cancellation

To request cancellation, the customer must immediately write to contacto@trampillaspro.com.

Cancellation may be accepted if the order:

  • Has not been dispatched.
  • Has not been prepared irreversibly.
  • Has not entered personalised production.

If the order has already been dispatched, the relevant returns or withdrawal procedure will apply.

16. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions.

TrampillasPro also offers a voluntary returns policy of up to 30 days for standard products that meet its conditions.

Withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Instructions, costs and requirements are detailed in the Returns, Withdrawal and Guarantees Policy.

17. Statutory guarantee

New goods are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity.

TrampillasPro is liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within the following three years.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused exclusively by:

  • Incorrect installation.
  • Impacts or handling after delivery.
  • Use contrary to the instructions.
  • Modifications made by third parties.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Incorrect selection of size or system where the product delivered matches the order.

18. Handling issues

To report an issue, the customer must provide:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where applicable.
  • Any information necessary to assess the case.

TrampillasPro may offer repair, replacement, collection, a price reduction or a refund where legally applicable.

19. Customer accounts

Where accounts are enabled, the customer will be responsible for:

  • Providing correct information.
  • Keeping their credentials confidential.
  • Reporting unauthorised access.
  • Updating their details when they change.

TrampillasPro may suspend an account where there are indications of fraud, impersonation or unlawful use.

20. Intellectual property

The store's texts, photographs, logos, designs, product sheets, graphics and other content are protected by the applicable legislation.

Their reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is not permitted without prior authorisation, except for uses permitted by law.

21. Data protection and cookies

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie Policy.

22. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failures caused exclusively by unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights.

TrampillasPro will report the issue and take reasonable steps to reduce its effects.

23. Changes to the terms

TrampillasPro may update these terms due to legal, technical or commercial changes.

The applicable version will be the one accepted by the customer when placing the order. Subsequent changes will not alter the terms of orders already confirmed.

24. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Where the customer has the legal status of a consumer, disputes will be submitted to the courts and tribunals competent under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

No jurisdiction other than that legally recognised will be imposed on the consumer.
