Custom F1

The custom-made F1 access panel allows for the creation of access points in gypsum board walls and ceilings.

Aluminum frame and door with integrated gypsum board, fixed hinges that keep the door leaf attached to the frame when open.

Made to order in special dimensions, subject to technical feasibility. 12.5 or 15 mm board.

To request a quote, indicate the width and height of the access panel, the thickness (12.5 or 15 mm), whether it will be installed in a wall or ceiling, the quantity, and the opening direction.

Clarify whether the measurements provided correspond to the access panel or the existing opening. Send a sketch or photos via WhatsApp or through the form.

The dimensions, configuration, and timeframe will be confirmed in the quote.

The opening must be 5 mm larger than the TOTAL dimension of the hatch in both width and height; it is not 5 mm per side. Example: 40 × 40 cm hatch, 40.5 × 40.5 cm opening.

Before cutting, check the quoted dimensions, the thickness, and the space required for opening.

Follow the F1 manual. Protect the hinges and the latch from putty and paint. Do not place loads on the panel.
